I am a young homebuyer and getting into this market was incredibly intimidating. I actually cannot imagine having worked with anyone other than Kaye and her daughter, Kenzie. They made me feel like I was working with family which settled all the nerves I had. The whole process was very smooth and they answered all of my many questions in a way that made sense to me. I will forever be grateful for how much they both went out of their way to make sure I not only bought a house, but one in which I truly felt was my home.I cannot express how much of a pleasure it was working with Kaye, and I sincerely urge you to do the same.

My wife and I worked with Kaye over the summer to buy a house remotely in Colorado while living on the other side of the country. We were uncomfortable about the process of buying a house remotely, and even more uncomfortable about buying a house in such a hot seller's market. Kaye spent a lot of time patiently listening to our concerns and helping us create a plan that would work for us. Kaye coached us on strategies for working most effectively in a hot seller's market, and provided us with access to a private MLS portal so we could see the latest listings before they hit websites like Zillow. She also spent a lot of time being our eyes and ears, and helped so much with the logistics. For instance, her assistant made a special trip to the house to program a key code for us to securely enter the house when we arrived in Colorado so we wouldn't have to bother coordinating a time pick up a physical key. There were times when we weren't very responsive to her e-mails and texts due to us being overwhelmed with our move, and she was so patient and understanding. After we moved in, we discovered that the seller's dog had destroyed an irrigation line in the back yard after closing, and Kaye sent someone over to fix it for us!Overall, Kaye is a top-notch realtor who is willing to go way out of her way to ensure her clients have a great experience, and we would highly recommend Kaye to anyone looking for a realtor in the Colorado Springs area!
