Jeff was amazing to work with. We decided to sell because we had one of those Balloon mortgages and of course we picked the worse time to sell during the housing melt down. But, Jeff stopped by every few days and gave us his expert advise to improve our property to make it desirable for sale. I can't believe he got it sold for us. We made a nice profit, which was a HUGE relief and in a down market to boot. I highly recommend Jeff & Kaye for your real estate needs. GREAT TEAM for sure.

I first met Jeff at an open house. When my boyfriend wanted to purchase a home, I realized he probably needed help, and thought immediately of Jeff. Jeff has been fantastic through this entire process of buying a short sale home, and even found a short term rental for me (technically not even his client!) after my home sold and I didn't have a place to go just yet. He goes above and beyond for his clients, and I would recommend him to anyone. And, the next time I need a realtor, he will be the first one I call!
