My wife and I worked with Kaye over the summer to buy a house remotely in Colorado while living on the other side of the country. We were uncomfortable about the process of buying a house remotely, and even more uncomfortable about buying a house in such a hot seller's market. Kaye spent a lot of time patiently listening to our concerns and helping us create a plan that would work for us. Kaye coached us on strategies for working most effectively in a hot seller's market, and provided us with access to a private MLS portal so we could see the latest listings before they hit websites like Zillow. She also spent a lot of time being our eyes and ears, and helped so much with the logistics. For instance, her assistant made a special trip to the house to program a key code for us to securely enter the house when we arrived in Colorado so we wouldn't have to bother coordinating a time pick up a physical key. There were times when we weren't very responsive to her e-mails and texts due to us being overwhelmed with our move, and she was so patient and understanding. After we moved in, we discovered that the seller's dog had destroyed an irrigation line in the back yard after closing, and Kaye sent someone over to fix it for us!Overall, Kaye is a top-notch realtor who is willing to go way out of her way to ensure her clients have a great experience, and we would highly recommend Kaye to anyone looking for a realtor in the Colorado Springs area!

The Jeff and Kaye Piggot Group is THE best choice in real estate! My husband and I were moving to CO from out of state, and we were actually working with another real estate agent originally. We had a very tight deadline to find a house (our lease was expiring within 2 months!) and the other agent wasn't really giving us the insight we needed to make a confident choice and close on a home. We switched to Kaye Piggot based on a recommendation from family, and there was an immediate difference in the level of professionalism, confidence, and skill from working in the industry. Keep in mind, we were trying to find a home in one of the toughest times, with competitive all-cash offers! Kaye guided us and provided her professional advice to help us find our first home. Long story short, we closed on our first home just in time! Kaye knew she could get the deal, and she definitely delivered, AND at lower than asking price, which was unheard of in 2021!She's an absolute joy to work with. Kaye is an expert realtor! She is very knowledgeable about the housing market. She knows how to sell a home and how to set up a home for showings. At first, my wife and I thought we wanted a certain type of home in a certain location, but after Jeff got to know us, he showed us homes that we were not even considering but we actually really loved (locations that we hadn't considered and specs of the actual home). He definitely has a lot of knowledge and experience that backs up what he says. And he has a lot of wisdom and ability to understand his clients and guide them to the right choice!He also helped my wife and I sell a house in a strict HOA community that I thought was going to be impossible to sell in such a short time!
